1.1 Summary -

The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians (GTB, Grand Traverse Band) is seeking artwork from GTB Tribal Members to be used for Tribal 2024-2025 Giveaway Items during tribal membership meetings, gifts for visiting dignitaries, etc.

1.2 Background

GTB seeks to restock their giveaway items by purchasing additional items from Tribal Membership.

1.3 Project Site – N/A

1.4 Scope of Services –

Provide artwork items of various values. Artwork items include (but not limited to): beadwork, earrings, keychains, medallions, lanyards (beaded and fabric), baskets, print work, artwork, photography, etc.

1.5 Qualifications - GTB Tribal Members

2 Submission Requirements

Each vendor is asked to provide examples (written description or photos) of their artwork, quantities available, and price of each piece.

2.1 General Bid Form – N/A

2.2 Evaluation Procedure

Proposals will be evaluated by the GTB Membership Meeting Planning Group.

2.3 Offer Submission Deadline

To be considered, a bid package must be received by the Grand Traverse Band at the address shown below by Friday, October 11, 2024. Award notices will be sent on Monday, October 14th by 5 p.m. Artwork materials will be due by Monday, October 21, 2024.
