The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians ("Grand Traverse Band" or "GTB") is requesting Proposals from qualified contractors interested in contracting with the GTB to provide cleaning and janitorial services at the Grand Traverse Band – Medicine Lodge.

Note: The length of the contract will go for a 9-month period from February 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:

• Requirements – The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor and equipment used to complete the requested

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS

• Interested contractors must, at a minimum, provide the following information:
  • Approach: Describe the extent to how you will be performing the required
  • Schedule: Provide an estimated schedule to complete the scope of work described above outside the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. Monday through Friday.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
