RFP - Consultant CFO

Summary

The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians (GTB, Grand Traverse Band) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to assist with CFO duties for the GTB Government.

The GTB service area for the delivery of federal and Tribal services encompass six counties that include Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, and Manistee. There are 4192 Grand Traverse band tribal members, of which 1966 members and their dependents reside on the reservation lands or within the Service Area. On-site or remote work

Scope of Services

1. Indirect cost proposal completion
2. LIHTC financial management
3. ARPA reporting
4. Other CFO duties as requested by the Interim CFO and Tribal Manager

Qualifications

A. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
B. Must demonstrate at least three (3) years' experience in leading a team in an accounting related field.
C. Must have at least three (3) years of governmental accounting
D. Must have a valid unrestricted driver license and be insurable by the GTB insurance carrier.
E. Liability insurance is required.
